FreshWater Watch is a citizen science friendly initiative designed to facilitate the monitoring of freshwater quality by members of the public. Combined with a smart phone application and extensive online platform, FreshWater Watch provides the means to understand the information gained and to contrast it against other FreshWater Watch data in a real time manner. With a global footprint in 25 cities around the world FreshWater Watch aims to involve 100,000 people, suppoirting them to learn about and safeguard the quality and supply of freshwater in the future.
